To pay an invoice with your credit balance, you first have to log on to our client area<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use the credit balance to pay an invoice, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Invoices<\/code> under Account<\/code> in the menu to the left.

  2. Click View<\/code> to the right of the invoice you wish to pay using your credit balance.

  3. You will now access the invoice. Scroll down a bit, and you’ll see a box where you can pay the invoice using your credit balance. Select the amount you wish to deduct from your available credit balance and click Apply Credits<\/code>.

  4. If your current credit balance did not cover the entire invoice’s sum, you can use another of our payment methods<\/a> to pay the remaining amount. You can see the remaining sum under Summary<\/code> a bit up on the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To check how much credit you have in your client account with us, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Begin by logging on to the Client Area<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click My Account<\/code> under Account<\/code> in the menu to the left.
